Your information has a purpose.
Care Weather Technologies operates this website. This notice describes information collected through the site and how to contact us about it.
Contacting us
When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, organization if supplied, topic, and message. We use those details to respond and manage the conversation. Sending a message does not add you to a marketing list.
Newsletter updates
If you ask to receive updates, we use your email address to send a confirmation link. Your subscription starts only after you confirm. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link provided with the subscription. We do not sell your contact information.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores private form records in the United States, and Resend delivers website emails. These providers may process technical request information to operate the site and prevent abuse. Website emails do not use open or click tracking.
Cookies and external services
This site does not load advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds, or third-party fonts. A necessary, temporary cookie is used only when a reviewer signs into private review. Social links and job applications take you to other websites, whose privacy practices apply there.
Retention
Unconfirmed signup requests expire after 48 hours. Contact records are designed for deletion after 90 days unless needed for an ongoing conversation. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe; unsubscribed records are deleted after 30 days. Hourly cleanup removes expired records from the website database. Copies in email inboxes and provider backups follow their own retention settings. Abuse-prevention counters use keyed hashes rather than plain email or IP addresses and expire after one hour.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or raise a concern, using the privacy contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including objecting to processing, restricting processing, data portability, or contacting a data protection authority.
